Azure by Shea Homes is a luxury, million-dollar home community in Paradise Valley, AZ. Sixty-six residences were designed with a unique blend of modern and transitional architecture set against the stunning natural backdrop of Camelback Mountain.

Selling luxury homes in a new community—in the middle of the pandemic

Our goal in partnering with Azure was to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads to sell 66 properties by December 2021. We achieved our goal in just 27 months, despite a global pandemic, supply chain shortages, and the general uncertainty around large investments like a million-dollar home.

The Shea Homes team has enjoyed working with Agital. The home-buying experience is typically a complicated, nonlinear process. To maximize success, we also developed a landing page where we drove most of the low-funnel paid traffic to fill out their contact information and self-qualify. Here, potential buyers could learn more about Azure and the surrounding area to help them picture their very own paradise.
