Rheia was a new brand with a product about to hit the market. They wanted to create a website that communicated their unique differentiators and introduced the world to their state-of-the-art HVAC solution.

Our goal in partnering with Rheia was to grow brand awareness and understanding of their value among the HVAC industry in a way that resonated with their various audience groups.

Building a brand

Our collaboration began with developing a comprehensive brand strategy to thoughtfully position Rheia as a leader in the HVAC industry. This included persona development, empathy mapping, brand platform development, as well as brand standards guideline.

In the midst of bringing the Rheia brand to life, we simultaneously ran a website workshop to better understand goals, technical requirements, and audience needs. After working with the Rheia team to identify priorities and better understand website users, we created a plan for the website build and launch.

Rheia is what we like to call a challenger brand, so we knew their website needed to be a strong reflection of the Rheia brand with an equally bold design. Based on the outcomes of the brand engagement, we designed the website to be engaging for each audience segment while showcasing what makes the brand unique.
