As a brand built on both health and nostalgia, Prime Bites sought to expand its reach and increase customer engagement through innovative digital marketing. The goal was to leverage TikTok Shop and livestream shopping to drive sales while fostering a community-driven experience that balances indulgence and nutrition. Additionally, the brand aimed to boost new customer acquisition while retaining its loyal customer base.
